Meet Dianna

Dianna Rapp, the founder and principal of Dianna Rapp Design, sees the primary allure of her work as the alchemy of past and present. A great space often gives a nod to design history with a modernist vista of the present. [We believe that the past and present do not exist in opposition, but rather should be mixed, using antique and modern pieces.] We are influenced by travel, architecture, color and texture, modern furniture, contemporary art, photography, handcrafted furnishings and vintage finds.

With twenty two years as a full service interior design firm located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our work is distinguished by a consistent belief that thoughtful design can transform how a client lives. Our work is an opportunity to be collaborative while creating unique personal and functional spaces for our clients.

To design for others is a privilege and a responsibility. We embark with thoughtful artistry and functional design. We are driven by our relationships with the craftsmen we work with; extensive resources and continual foraging play an integral role on each project. We want to create cohesive spaces with a sense of beauty, humor and a love of objects with a narrative.
